- All fees for our services are displayed on our website and are payable in UAE Dirhams (AED) or other specified currencies.
- Payment must be made through our approved payment methods.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is available on our website.
- For All web development packages Upfront payment is not refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tarjeeh website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tarjeeh or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Activities

- Violate any laws, including UAE regulations.

11. For Web Development Packages 99AED Package | 199AED Package | 349AED Package
For our AED 99, 199, 299, and 349 packages, all work is done remotely by our developers, and revisions are handled online. Each package includes a maximum of 2 revisions.
If a client wishes for our developer to visit their office, an on-site visit is available for AED 699, which includes up to 2 revisions completed within a maximum of 2 hours.
Clients who prefer to meet our developer at the Tarjeeh office may do so by appointment only, based on developer availability. A 1-on-1 meeting at our office is charged at AED 149.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
