Once an upfront payment is made, it is considered a confirmation to begin work, and resources are allocated immediately. Therefore, no refund requests will be accepted or processed for any reason, including project delays, cancellations, or change of mind.

2. Commitment to Service Quality

While payments are non-refundable, we are fully committed to delivering services as agreed. Our team will make all reasonable efforts to ensure client satisfaction within the defined scope of work.
