Welcome to Tarjeeh. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website tarjeeh.ae and the services provided by Tarjeeh (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

• Facebook & Instagram Automation

• Business Consultation & Strategy

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain services.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain account confidentiality

• Notify us of unauthorized access

Tarjeeh reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations or suspicious activities.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Upfront Payments

All upfront payments made to Tarjeeh are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes:

• Website Development

• Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• WhatsApp Cloud API & Automation

• Social Media Automation

• Consultation & Strategy

No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Project delays

• Project cancellation

• Change of mind

• Business closure

Commitment to Service Quality

Despite the no-refund policy, Tarjeeh is committed to delivering services as agreed.

No Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Tarjeeh and protected under applicable laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use services for illegal purposes

• Violate UAE laws

• Attempt unauthorized system access

• Disrupt website functionality

• Upload harmful code or malware

Violations may result in immediate termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tarjeeh shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of profits or business opportunities

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tarjeeh against any claims arising from:

• Your use of services

• Violation of these Terms

9. Termination

Tarjeeh reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time without notice for violations.

10. Web Development Package – AED 299

• All work is performed remotely

• Communication is handled online only

• Includes 1 content revision only

• No design revisions included

On-site visits are only available for packages AED 2999 and above.

11. Final Payment Policy

If the final payment is not completed within 30 days after the official payment notification is issued by Tarjeeh, the following actions may be taken:

• Attempt of automatic payment collection by Tarjeeh (where applicable)

• Suspension of the website and related services

• Removal of the website from the server without further notice

Restoration Policy

To restore the website and services, the client must:

• Pay the full outstanding pending amount

• Pay an additional website restoration fee of AED 100

Tarjeeh shall not be responsible for any business interruption, data loss, or damages resulting from suspension due to non-payment.

12. Hosting and Domain Renewal Policy

• All websites require annual hosting and domain renewal

• Failure to renew may result in suspension or removal without notice

To restore services, the client must:

• Pay all pending renewal charges

• Pay any applicable restoration or administrative fees

Tarjeeh is not responsible for downtime or data loss due to non-payment.

13. Subscription and Auto-Renewal Policy

• All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled

• Cancellation must be requested before the renewal date

Tarjeeh is not responsible for charges due to late cancellation requests.

14. Website Credit (Mandatory Clause)

For all website development projects where Tarjeeh provides free domain and/or hosting, Tarjeeh reserves the right to place a credit line in the website footer stating:

“Designed and Developed by Tarjeeh”

Credit Terms

• The credit must remain visible for a minimum of 1 year

• The credit cannot be removed, modified, or hidden without written approval

Credit Removal Policy

Removal is allowed only after:

• Completion of the mandatory 1-year period. or

• Payment of AED 300 for hosting and domain (originally provided free under the offer), in addition to the original website design and development charges already agreed

Tarjeeh reserves the right to refuse credit removal if conditions are not met.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

16. Changes to Terms

Tarjeeh may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
